Drawing Cute Anime Kids

* I use #19 brush to draw outline and color.
Step1.
Create a new file.
Step2.
Draw a sketch in a new layer. Or scan a sketch, and put it in a new layer.
Ctrl+T to free transform the sketch until get the size you want.
Step3.
Create a new group called line, and create three new layers under the group.
Step4.
Draw out line.
Hair
Body
Dress
Step5.
Create a new group, then create tree new layers under this group. Name them as following picture.
Step6.
Go to layer Body, Use magic wand tool select the blank part.
Then Select inverse.
Step7.
Go to skin layer, use brush to fill color.
Step8.
Draw shadows.
Step9.
Same step as before, select the hair. Then go to layer hair under group color.
Step10.
Draw shadows.
Step11.
Then fill color in Layer dress.
Step12.
Draw shadows and patterns on the dress.
Step13.
Select layers under color group, Press Ctrl+E to merge them.
Step14.
Create a new layer called light, and draw light parts in this layer.
Step15.
Change layer options as the following picture.
Step16.
Merge layers under the line group. Then create a new layer called BG.
Step17.
Press G, use the Gradient tool draw as following.
Step18.
Use brush clouds.
Step19.
Use brush #19 to draw the light part of the clouds.
Step20.
Go to layer line, Use magic wand tool to select the back ground part.
Go back to BG layer, press Delete.
Step21.
Don't forget sign it.^__^
