Step 1:

Let's start out by creating a new file. I used a 600x320 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with a white color.

Now select the Rounded Rectangle Tool and above your screen under the options palette choose Fill Pixels, set the radius to 8 px and check anti-aliased. Create a new layer and draw a gray rounded rectangle with 534-267 px dimensions and #C7C7C7 color shade.

Step 2:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Gradient Overlay and Stroke blending options to your gray rounded rectangle layer.

Step 3:

In a new layer draw a large black rectangle with 507×233 px dimensions on the center of your gray rounded rectangle design.

Step 4:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Drop Shadow and Stroke blending options to your large black rectangle layer.

Step 5:

Now crop a sample image on the black screen.

Step 6:

Create a new layer, just below your screen draw a dark rectangle with 507×35 px dimensions and #7D7D7D color shade.

Step 7:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow and Gradient Overlay blending options to your dark gray rectangle layer.

Step 8:

Now add the play buttons, in a new layer draw a white rounded rectangle with 33-21 px dimensions.

Step 9:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow and Gradient Overlay blending options to your white rounded rectangle layer. Then set the layer's blending mode to Soft Light.

Step 10:

Select the Horizontal Type Tool and set the font family to Webdings, 14 pt, smooth and black color shade. In a new text layer type '4' to get the play icon.

Step 11:

Add the rest of the buttons using the same template design from your play button. To get the fast forward and fast rewind button type '6' and '7' on your keyboard.

Step 12:

Add a tracker feature next to your buttons. In a new layer draw a white rectangle with 258 x 6 px dimensions. Then set the layer's blending mode to Soft Light.

Step 13:

Now add a thin black line for control of the tracker.

Step 14:

Finish it off with a timer at the end using the same template design from your play buttons.
