Grayscale Technique

Now begin


 First , must open your pic, in here, i choose a pic of HilaryDuff 



she look nice today :)


Normally, you'll choose one of 3 way to edit it to desurated color like these


-Go to Image >> Adjustment >> Desurate



-Go to Image >> Mode  >> Grayscale mode




-or hit Ctrl + U to open Hue/Saturation windows, move the saturation meter to
0



But, now, i'll show you how to creat a desurated picture and it CAN BE EDIT


...ok


Creat new Gradient Map adjustment layer



 


Choose this default gradient



 


You have




It become a desurated pic, but it doesnt look nice so much


Duplicate layer background


Drag it and drop to new layer icon



Now, stand on backgound copy layer, hit Ctrl + U to open Hue/Saturation
windows and u see ... your result  :)






Add a Contract adjustment layer






Make new layer, fill black color, use Rectangular Marquee Tool to creat the
selection like this



add Feather




then delete 2,3 times



Use Magic Wand Tool , hold Shift and select all skin area on foto



Feather this selection




Bring selection to new layer by hit Ctrl  + J


Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur with 2,3 px



You can make her skin brighter by Curve windows ( Ctrl + M )



Result !
